Out of all the albums dropped in the “mainstream” echelon of hip hop music this year, Isaiah Rashad’s The House is Burning shines near the top. Find myself going back to many standout tracks (‘RIP Young,’ ‘Headshots,’ ‘HB2U’…) on the LP, while also being able to play it all the way through. The Chattanooga artist’s discography is starting to fill out quite nicely…shoutout Missy Elliot one time.
