The albums keep coming today! This time around we get the long-awaited collab album between Pete Rock and Smoke DZA, Don’t Smoke Rock. From what I’ve heard so far this is exactly what I expected. Gorgeous production from Rock, slick bars from DZA and dynamite performances from the guest features. An all-around great hip hop record. The genre needs more acts like these two. Old school shit with a new school twist.
